BREUK BENCH
2016
Inspired by the need for directional flow, Breuk Bench features a dynamic form that guides visitor movement through the Brooklyn Museum. Drawing from the iconic Brooklyn brownstone, its materials and finishes reflect the borough's architectural heritage. The bench can function as a standalone piece or be used modularly, offering flexibility for various configurations. The design strikes a balance—engaging yet subtle—ensuring it complements, rather than competes with, the art on display.
Breuk Bench was installed at the Brooklyn Museum from January to May 2017.
